- Paper policy images added on customer portal (DCE): Customers who have opted to receive a paper policy, but still elect to enroll via our online customer portal, will now be able to view their policy details and document online.
- Auto-enrollment in eDelivery for electronic policy delivery (EPD) customers: Electronic policy delivery customers will be automatically enrolled in electronic delivery of all future company communications through our online customer portal.
