At Protective, we want to make sure that clients are informed as much as possible. That’s why we recently launched a self-service claims page where clients can check the status of their claims at any time.
Finding the status is simple!
To check the status of a claim, the client can visit claims.protective.com/claim-status. On the site, the client will enter key information about their claim. When the claim is found, clients can view a checklist to determine where their claim is in the process and what information may be needed in order to keep their claim moving.
And, BGAs and agents can also use this site to check the status of a claim on behalf of a client. After entering key information (the policy/contract number, beneficiary name and information about the deceased), the client can view a checklist to determine where their claim is in the process.
