It’s as simple as 1-2-3. Here’s how it works*:
- You introduce the online portion of the process:
- Opt-in to the “Online Customer Interview” process in the “Additional Details” screen of EZ-App
- Submit EZ-App drop ticket with the customer’s email address
- Prompt your customer to use the email link that is sent to them
- Your customer accesses the link from the email:
- Registers and logs in
- Electronic Consent & Honesty Statement
- HIPAA authorization
- High level medical questions
- Upload Identification (optional)
- Submits it to TeleLife
- TeleLife representatives:
- Complete the remainder of the interview via phone call
