  • Portion of TeleLife interview moving: For EZ-App users, TeleLife now offers a new option for customers to partially complete interviews online instead of conducting full interviews by telephone. This will allow for a more flexible process to complete medical questions at the customer’s convenience and less time on the phone with TeleLife.

  • Enhanced Application Tracker: To provide your customers the most critical and latest details on the status of their applications, we enhanced our Application Tracker tool on myaccount.protective.com to include dynamic status driven “next steps” to clearly outline where the application is in the new business and underwriting journey and what your customers can expect to be prepared for. As milestones are completed, the steps will update, and the tracker will move to the next phase.
  • EZ worksheets upgrade: You will soon be able to complete the fillable EZ worksheet electronically. Once you sign the worksheet, it will auto submit to TeleLife within minutes, which means faster processing.
  • Protective Indexed Choice UL quoting enhancements: In addition to the new Protective Indexed Choice UL quoting enhancements available today, the following solve options are coming soon:
    • Income duration solve
    • Income amount solve
    • Enabling cash value and endow on solves for ICUL
